I love my brother for bringing home so many strawberry dips.
I ate until I am so bloated. He brought those dip in chocolate with almond bits and vinilla with almond bits. So much to eat. hehes.
I went running at the stadium today. I finish the 6 rounds. So happy with myself. I must work hard!! Yup, like what Ernest wong said. GOALS!!! haha, that guy, nothing much to say, made me laugh and cry. Yups. Okay, so I am going to train, and also skip at least a 1000per week, go for the classes too. I am going to work hard at the health department. I seriously need to take note of my health. I am only 35kg!! That is so skinny. Everyone is so scared that the wind will blow me away. I also cannot wear the sleveless stuffs, my arms are so boney. Arhh! That sickness took away so much weight. That is so bad. So I am working very hard. hmm, my skin is under work.
