April 1st
I went to the pandang to support Leslie's hollaback crew. They should be in the finals after all the competition was a little boring. I didn't catch the front part. I went to the airport to send my grandmother back. My little cousin tried to go in the departure gate but was stop by the police woman at the gate with a stern warning. After that took the bus home, it was a long journey. I was so tired. I wished to go to sleep but than remember that I had monitoring. So I changed and went to the pandang to meet the HPT. I was a little lost, no one went with me. I followed Layhoon's direction.
As I walk towards the Pandang from the Raffles place MRT. I realise that the area is so beautiful. It was so peaceful and the scenery was beautiful. I think I have fallen in love with the place. It is so suitable for leisure walking. Maybe with someone. Not a group of people though, it would spoil the peace. haha. Anyway I think that the place is really nice. The buildings around are majestic and blend well with the whole place. I really think I should find sometime to go there. The place makes you open your eyes and take in the wonderful surroundings and buildings. The soothing atmosphere makes it a beautiful place to immerse into some leisure conversation with someone important. The night scenery is also not to be missed. The esplande was lited with dazzling lights. The place is so nice under the dark sky too. I must really visit the beautiful place.
After reaching the pandang, I joined the rest and we watch the Hollaback competition. Really not much interesting performance. Many are quite humorous though. Some left a bit of impression. We cheered when leslie's troupe NTU hall 7 came up. We were cheering so much that the person remark that we were having a separate session on the ground. And the thing about the ground was that it was muddy so I dirtied my NIKE shoes and my jeans too. After watching a few other performances we went to sit at the steps of the war memorial. The mentoring session started. I lasted around 2hours ++ way overshot. I also didn't know I was at the war memorial until the rest told me. So it just shows that my frequent family outings to City Hall when I was young has turn out to be of no use in this age. It has just been so long. I miss family outings!
After the mentoring session finally ended. Everyone gathered to do some weight game and I was the victim. The people present just pressed on my head, I was suppose to feel the weight as a mentor. They messed up my hair completely. And after that we all "choing" for water. So thirsty. Under the hot sun and no water at all for the whole mentoring. We went to Marina Square. Another place I must visit. This time for shopping. The area was full of people as it was around dinner time by then. I could still see that the place was really loaded with shops. I shall try to get someone to go with me. In the mean time I need to start saving money. At MS, I ate BK!!
I finally got to eat BK! I also found that Vanessa also tend to miss BK, same as me. So we went to get BK. Ate a little slow, everyone else was done. I went home with some early leavers. I got to get home early for today's class. Today;s Japanese class was just plain bad. CAMPUS SUPERSTAR finals is on later. I hope Chee Yang wins! Hwa Chong jiayou!
