Motorola and Singtel spoilt my day. I got a new phone and a NEW NUMBER(if u still don't have it find me on msn). My new phone in my opinion is terrible. I don't like the key pad, it hurts my fingers.
It was so painful for my fingers after using it so I shall try to distance from the phone. I got to wait like so long before I might get a Sony Ericsson. Sads, all because M1 got problem selling all models.Today Singtel spoilt my day in a big way.
I went to buy the hiCard for my cousin as I was out. There I stood in the queue for so long. Actually there were only 2 people in front. But the shop actually serves those purchasing the handsets 1st. So I stood there like an idiot for so long seeing her call out others name. There were like 6 people cutting my queue and it is not their fault cause they were queuing but the cashier called them in front. I was very polite and stupid, I waited in line. Than a woman came, she can be called my hero for that period. She saw the cashier called someone in front to pay for the handset. The woman shouted out that it was unfair. We have to stand in line while they don't. So the cashier offered to serve her 1st!! She was very nice and shouted at them to serve me first as I stood there for so long. The cashier serve me, took only a minute. SINGTEL has terrible service. They made me wait in the queue for like 20 minutes to serve me for 1 minute only. The cashier was also doesn't look happy at all. She still trys to argue. SINGTEL SERVICE is bad!
The fact that the place was packed with people buying new handsets just makes me wonder what is wrong with them? Is it like they change handset every week? Or the handsets are selling at $1??
I am feeling very cross today. So I apologise to johnson for my bad attitude today.
