This morning I woke up very early, at 7am to meet sastri for breakfast. After Mac breakfast at J8, we went to watch garry's Taekwondo match. I discovered somethings about Taekwondo. 1, there are many elements competed other than the fighting. 2, the fighting is a boring, not as what I expected would be high flying kicks. No such thing, they just kick around and push around. It is boring. Except for garry's match, the reason being we were too engrossed into cheering him to win. 3, There are 4 officials per match to decided the scores. I still don't know how they get the points. 4, As long as you kick the opponent out, you win. 5, you are suppose to shout out like some warrior at war to scare away the opponent. This part is so funny cause sometimes you voice can go bad. And you actually make the opponenet laugh instead. 6, You also must look fierice to scare away the opponent too. There was this guy who was very fierice that the refree keep asking him to cool down.
That;s all I learn about Taekwondo.
