I have decided to blog as I realise there are people viewing the blog. I have to write something.

Let's start with school. School has been a few weeks now, still got the holiday mood in me. Running out of places to eat already. After which I got to start reading and study for mid-sem test, which I think I might flop if I don't start to read up. Taking 6 subjects this semester. A lot of stuff, I LOVE economics of course. Than there is POM and RHT which are just weird. F&B is both a good and bad thing. I love the fact that we are learning about FOOD! so happy about that. I can go fine dinning more often now. :) The food is good, every lesson we get exposed to all the wonderful dishes feasting to the eyes. But the assignments are soooo problematic. Research like 10 dishes every time. Every Thursday everyone sleeps after 12am. Than go to class with a sense of a little anxiety. And the things to memorise are super long. Just to classify a lamb need some many definitions! And I don't even eat lamb! But still food saves the day. I like the subject some how.

The thing about school is the wonderful class. I have people to build up my foodie habits. Every morning rushing down to cheers to eat Chicken Feuilleté. In between lecture and during lectures we either eat or take photos. I got a long list of them. Just imagine a few photos DAILY. But got to say they sure got skills lots of photos turn out nice. I get to smile everyday cause everyday is photo taking day. CHEESE!
